Plantain Revolution: SIT Organises A Three Day Seminar

0

A three-day Plantain Plantation seminar was organized by the Standard Impact Team at Ihunbor, Customs Check Point, near MeritChoice Agric City, Ihunbor in Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State recently.

According to Mr. David Segbenu, one of the organizers of the event, the seminar, cum mini tour and visit to the Plantain Plantation was really an awesome time. But this, in his view, was just a pre-opening for the Plantain Plantation project on which planned awareness creation seminars are billed to run periodically. In his words, as at today, The Plantain City Project Phase 1 is now officially open and investors are hereby welcome to invest in the project that guarantees very steady residual income for them.

Where is the Farm Located?

The vast expanse of land for Plantain plantation farming is located along Idi-Iroko Road axis on the border which is a 30 minutes drive from Lagos, making it ideal for anyone to buy into the offer.
Our client and partner who owns one of the largest Plantain Farms in the South West, currently sited on 80acres of land and counting with over 70 thousand stands of plantain and who complains of being unable to meet up to demand as he supplies both markets in Nigeria, Benin, even as far as Togo. So we got talking and came up with a plan for the Plantain City Project.

The Project

The proposed PLANTAIN CITY project is planned to be established on an already secured 100 acres of land in the 1st phrase.

Cost

Currently, an acre (6 plots) at the proposed site goes for 250,000 naira. But we have decided to bring people together who have smaller amounts but want to be part of the plantain city in the future. So we broke it down to 45,000 naira per plot (but there is a caveat: for those paying per plot, you will have to form a group of 6 persons or be willing to foot the bill of the 6 plots to be eligible).

What Does the Amount Cover

N250,000 (outright payment) or N45,000 (per plot), as the case may be, covers agents, legal agreement, and commissions to be paid. But suffice to say that whatever is invested will yield three times of the amount of money invested. That is a N45,000 investment will yield N45,000 X 3 = N135,000 at least, quarterly, while a N250,000 outright investment will yield exactly, N750,000 quarterly, after full crop maturity.
